Jeffrey E. Green is Trained and board-certified in pediatrics and clinical genetics, He seeks opportunities to use my public health, pediatric, genetics, research, and leadership skills to make an impact in reducing maternal-child health morbidities and mortalities. He spent most of his career as a senior investigator in the Center for Cancer Research at the National Cancer Institute (NCI, Bethesda, MD) where he gained a broad background in cancer biology, the use and development of animal models, genomics, and preclinical testing.
Jeffrey E. Green served as Deputy Editor of the journal “Breast Cancer Research”, has been a member of journal editorial boards, and has been a reviewer for many high-profile journals. During his tenure with NCI and the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS), He received several awards related to my research and leadership skills. His volunteer experiences as a physician in several international low-income settings over many years motivated me to follow another passion and begin a new career in public health. Having recently completed the MPH program at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Her curriculum focus was on maternal-child health and global health. He is a co-leader of an AAP CATCH grant to improve the care of children with cerebral palsy in Uganda and serves as Program Director for the HVO pediatrics program in Nepal and founder of an NGO to improve health of newborns in low- and middle-income countries.
