Jeffrey B. Burl MD, CMD

Jeffrey Burl, MD, CMD is the director of geriatrics at Reliant Medical Program and heads their skilled nursing home program. The dep’t has eight physicians and 14 advanced practitioners collaborating at dedicated contracted area nursing facilities and has been responsible for low recidivism and length of stay supporting their managed care and ACO programs. Dr. Burl is the medical director at the Meadows Nursing and Rehab. He has been a AMDA core faculty member since the core revision in 2004.
