Jeff Vallance PhD

Dr. Vallance is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Health Disciplines at Athabasca University in Alberta, Canada. He currently holds a Tier II Canada Research Chair in Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Management as well as a Population Health Investigator Award from Alberta Innovates – Health Solutions. Dr. Vallance is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Oncology at the University of Calgary. He received my MA (2002) and Ph.D. (2007) in the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation at the University of Alberta. He completed my undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia, School of Human Kinetics (2000).
