Dr. Jean-Marie Michot is an internal medicine full-time medical practitioner at Gustave Roussy in France. He trained at the University of Normandy until 2004. He began his fellowship of internal medicine in Paris in 2004 at the University Paris-Diderot. He obtained an immunological specialization with master level 2 from the Pasteur Institute of Paris in 2009. Dr. Michot was board-certified in internal medicine and obtained the silver medal from the Paris Medical School in 2010. In 2010, he became an associate professor and integrated the Clinical Immunological Department at Kremlin-Bicetre Hospital South-Paris in the Jean-Francois Delfraissy team. In 2013 Dr. Michot joined the Drug Development Department at Gustave Roussy and developed phase 1 hematological trials. In 2018, he led the immunological immune-related adverse events board for the management of routine care of patients, an academic initiative to help in the management of adverse events of immunotherapies.

His main active clinical research is the safety of immunotherapies, hematology drug development, lymphoproliferative disorders, modern immunotherapies, cellular therapies for cancer, and T-cell engagers for treating cancer. In the last 5 years, he has reported more than 100 articles in peer-reviewed international journals such as Blood, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Lancet Hematology, and Annals of Oncology.
