Jean Haynes RN, MBA

Jean Haynes is the chief population health officer for UCHealth, Colorado’s Front Range health system comprised of leading community hospitals and the region’s top academic medical center. Ms. Haynes joined UCHealth in April of 2015 and is responsible for the implementation and growth of UCHealth’s efforts to build a population-based patient care model.
Ms. Haynes has nearly 30 years of leadership and management experience in health care delivery, managed care and insurance organizations. Prior to joining UCHealth, she served as president and CEO of Univita Health Inc., a provider of home-based nursing, home medical equipment and home pharmacy therapy. Previously, she was president and CEO of Geisinger Health Plan and executive vice president of Insurance Operations for Geisinger Health System.
Ms. Haynes holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida in Tampa and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing on Peoria, Ill., from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
