Jean Christoph Caubet MD

Jean-Christoph Caubet is a pediatrician and allergist trained in Switzerland and in the USA (Mount Sinai Hospital, New York). He is currently working in the Pediatric Allergy Unit of the Geneva University Hospitals, Switzerland. His main focus of research is drug allergy in children, with several ongoing studies, both clinical and in the laboratory. He is the principal investigator of a multicentric study on drug allergy in children, involving multiple main European centers. He is also working on several research projects on food allergy, particularly focusing on the food protein induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES). Some of these projects are performed in collaboration with the Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. In addition to his scientific activity, he is a board member of the drug allergy interest group of the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) since 2011 and the secretary of the swiss pediatric allergy society.
