Jay A. Encarnacion RN, BSN

Jay Encarnacion, RN, BSN, is Quality Nurse Coordinator at Hartford HealthCare, primarily working with clinical care redesign. Mr. Encarnacion is focused on continuous quality improvement in various service lines at both the local and system levels. Previously, he helped launch the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program at Hartford Hospital as the Surgical Clinical Reviewer in System Quality. His clinical background includes more than seven years practicing in neurosurgery at Stanford Hospital and Clinics in California.
