Jason Winters, RPh, MBA is Senior Director of Government Programs Market Development at Express Scripts. With 9 years of pharmacy practice and over ten years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience in Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and Workers’ Compensation markets, Jason drives Government Programs strategies that help clients improve member health while controlling healthcare spend. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Jason oversaw the Clinical Services team for a national Workers’ Compensation PBM, focusing on products and services that ensured appropriate pain medication usage among injured workers.
