Jason Michael Donnelly MD

Dr. Jason M. Donnelly specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation at The Elliot Hospital Pain Management & Research Institute. Dr. Donnelly completed his medical school training at New York Medical College. He did his internship in internal medicine at Roger Williams Medical Center and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian - Columbia and Cornell hospitals. Dr. Donnelly completed a pain management fellowship at DartmouthHitchcock Medical Center and is also fellowship-trained in sports medicine.

He holds an undergraduate from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA and received his medical doctorate from New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY. Dr. Donnelly’s Internship in Internal Medicine was completed at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, RI.

Dr. Donnelly has a significant interest in spinal pain and its interplay with problems in the hip. He also has significant interest in Sports Medicine related injuries. Dr. Donnelly is a native of New Hampshire, having grown up in Dover, NH. His appreciation for New England has made practicing medicine in NH his long-time goal.
