Jarred Kaiser PhD

Jarred Kaiser is an Assistant Professor at Emory University. Since that time, he has been developing rehabilitative techniques to enhance the regenerative effects of tissue engineering strategies to address two clinical problems: post-traumatic osteoarthritis and volumetric muscle loss. He has been active in the field of biomechanical research for nine years with an interest in experimentally determining in vivo joint and tissue mechanics following injury and repair to understand the role of mechanobiology in musculoskeletal health. His primary experience has been in studying cartilage mechanics in the context of post-traumatic osteoarthritis through the use of computational modeling and dynamic magnetic resonance imaging.
