Jaroslaw Krupa MD, PhD

Mr Krupa is a Consultant Breast Surgeon at Glenfield General Hospital with a private One-Stop Breast Clinic at Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital.Mr Krupa graduated from Medical University of Warsaw in 1995 and continued his postgraduate training at University College London Hospital and the Royal Marsden Hospital. He obtained his PhD in minimally invasive surgery and was awarded an Oncoplastic Surgery Fellowship at the National Institute of Cancer in Milan, one of the most prestigious breast cancer centres.

Mr Krupa has a special interest in the modern treatment of breast cancer, particularly reconstruction after mastectomy as well as oncoplastic procedures allowing breast conserving surgery and excellent cosmetic outcome in breast cancer patients. He is trained in a wide variety of procedures such as skin-sparing/reducing mastectomy, breast reduction, mastopexy, sentinel node biopsy and various types of breast reconstruction.
