Jared Wilson Klein MD, MPH

Dr. Klein is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He attended medical school at Northwestern University in Chicago and completed his residency training at UW. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine, Dr. Klein practices at Harborview Medical Center where he is medical director of the After Care Clinic, a post-discharge clinic, founding member of the Addiction Consult Service, and attending in the Adult Medicine Clinic.
