Janine Pajot is the Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, Janine is a member of the country leadership team responsible for governance and strategic direction for the Canadian organization. Janine is a recognized culture-building executive, passionate about people and a mental health advocate. She is dedicated to fostering high-performing organizations while ensuring a culture of inclusion and belonging. Janine is a certified executive coach supporting clients in Canada and internationally. She is a certified board candidate (CDI.I) with a global ESG competent boards certificate and designation (GCB.D) and serves on the board of directors for the Ontario Caregivers Organization.
