Dr. Janette Randall is a General Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience and has a special interest in mental health issues. She was significantly involved in the Divisions of General Practice Program at the local and state levels, working particularly on mental health and chronic disease initiatives. During this time she chaired the General Practice Advisory Council of the Queensland Government.
Dr. Randall was elected to the Board of NPS Medicinewise in May 2006 and was the Chair of the Board from 2007 – 2015. She is a current Director of the NPS subsidiary company Ventures, and also chair of Doctors Health Services Pty Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of the AMA.
Dr. Randall was appointed as a GP education facilitator for the Black Dog Institute in August 2014. She also undertakes work in the corporate health sector and provides medical advisory services to Medibank’s Care Complete chronic disease program.
