Jan enables and coordinates integration of patient behavioral segmentations and big data powered predictive analyses into Sanofi’s direct-to-patient unbranded and branded activities, to optimize the end customer value proposition, experience and positive impact on patient health outcomes and quality of life. Previously, he has served as Global Patient Strategy Lead in Diabetes & Cardio-vascular chronic condition management, delivering projects to optimize patients’ disease awareness, medication acceptance and adherence.
Jan joined Sanofi in 2011 as Global Brand Director in Consumer Healthcare team, bringing more than 10 years of consumer business experience from hi-level global and regional roles at L’Oreal and Shiseido. Jan holds a M.Sc. European Masters in Management and Diplom Kaufmann degrees from ESCP Europe business school – Paris | Oxford | Berlin.
