Jan Beattie AHP

Jan Beattie is currently seconded into the Scottish Government as the Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) Officer for Primary Care. Her portfolio includes working with GPs to improve patient pathways and the development and legislative processes of Non-Medical prescribing for AHPs, she has a particular interest in improvement methodology. Jan has over 30 years’ experience of working in Healthcare in a variety of roles covering clinical care, management and service improvement. Away from work Jan is a founding member and continues to lead the work of a Scottish Borders based charity The Lavender Touch.
