Dr. Lacey is an Associate Professor in the Division of Cancer Etiology at Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope and serves as Principal Investigator for the New Biospecimens to Enhance Research in the California Teachers Study project.
Dr. Lacey received his PhD from the Horace H. Rackham School of Graduate Studies of the University of Michigan. After completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Dr. Lacey was an Investigator in the NCI’s Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics from 2001 to 2009. He joined the faculty at City of Hope in 2009; his primary research interest is the epidemiology of breast, uterine, and ovarian cancers
