James Randall Patrinely MD, FACS

James Randall Patrinely is an Ophthalmologist at the Plastic Eye Surgery Associates. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery and Ophthalmology at the Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. James Patrinely is one of this country’s foremost ophthalmic facial plastic surgeons. A recipient of the Dean’s award and graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, he has had extensive residency and fellowship training at Johns Hopkins, the University of Utah, and Baylor College of Medicine. He is board-certified in ophthalmology and is credentialed by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. He continues to be involved in the development of new techniques and in the training of doctors in these specialties. He is frequently called upon to do reconstructive surgery around the eyes of accident victims.
