James R. Fink MD

Dr. Fink earned his M.D. from the UCLA School of Medicine. He completed both his residency and fellowship in diagnostic neuroradiology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He is board-certified in diagnostic radiology and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in diagnostic neuroradiology.

Dr. Fink’s research interests include on neuro-oncology; advanced neuroimaging, including MR spectroscopy, MR perfusion and MR diffusion, for brain tumor diagnosis, grading and treatment response assessment; and PET imaging of brain tumor hypoxia and proliferation.

Dr. Finks is an associate professor of radiology in the neuroradiology section of the Department of Radiology at University of Washington, Seattle. His clinical duties include diagnostic neuroimaging studies and procedures at UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center and the VA Puget Sound Health Care System.
