James Osmanski, DO, is pulmonary, critical care, and sleep physician who practices at Bozeman Health, where he serves as the director of the Sleep Disorder Center. A graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri, Dr. Osmanski completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at The Miriam Hospital at Brown University and remained as a staff physician in the emergency department for two years.

He then completed two fellowships at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, in pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine, serving as a chief fellow and on the faculty in internal medicine. He moved to Idaho to practice pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine in both inpatient critical care and outpatient settings for 16 years. A fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Dr. Osmanski is board certified in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine.
