James Mountford MD, MPH

James Mountford, MD, MPH, is Director of Quality at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. Previously, he was a health care expert at McKinsey & Company in London whose work was focused on health system reform, clinical leadership, and quality improvement in the UK and other countries. Between 2005 and 2007, he was a Commonwealth Fund/Health Foundation Harkness Fellow, based at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and at the Institute of Health Policy, Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Mountford has also practiced as a hospital doctor in the UK.
