James Meabon PhD

Dr. James Meabon is Principal Investigator for the US Department of Veterans Affairs Northwest Mental Illness Research Education and Clinical Center (Northwest MIRECC) and Associate Professor of Psychiatry (University of Washington) in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Meabon's lab at the Northwest MIRECC investigates chronic repetitive blast-induced brain injury outcomes and the various biomarkers that inform their presence, severity, and progression. Dr. Meabon is a former US combat infantry mortarman.
