James D. Hawthorne Iii MD

James Hawthorne III, MD is an assistant professor of psychiatry of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky. Currently, he is the Associate Program Director for the Psychiatry Residency Program and the Program Director for the Addiction Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Hawthorne received his medical degree and completed a residency at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, Lexington. His interests include addiction treatment, mood disorders, as well as resident and medical student education.
