Jacqueline Forbes (jones) BBA, MSc

Jacqueline Forbes is Director of Accreditation, Licensure, and Regulatory, Environmental Safety, and Emergency Management at the Children's National Medical Center. A member of the Children's National Health System staff for 14 years, she previously worked in performance improvement and has led the organization through many successful Joint Commission triennial, health department, and CMS hospital and transplant surveys. She has a wealth of experience in measuring, monitoring, and reporting strategies to improve organizational compliance.
