Jay is Director of the Office of Promotion and Advertising Review at Merck. He is responsible for standards and quality in the regulatory review of promotion and advertising materials for the U.S. and international markets. Jay serves on promotion review teams for multiple therapeutic areas and oversees the submission processes for 2253 and Requests for Advisory Comments.
Jay joined Merck in 1997 and has held positions in marketing, patient access and sales. Prior to Merck, Jay worked as an opposition research and fundraising consultant for political campaigns and with nonprofit organizations. Jay received his MBA from Drexel University and his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
