Jacob Izenberg MD

Jacob Michael Izenberg has over five years of experience as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), he is passionate about providing high-quality psychiatric care and community treatment planning to some of San Francisco's most vulnerable residents. As an attending psychiatrist for the San Francisco County Jail Behavioral Health and Reentry Service, he works closely with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, social workers, and legal professionals to address the complex needs of patients with severe psychiatric and substance use disorders.
