Spanning her career, Zeigler has served as a senior healthcare executive for hospitals and healthcare practices where she has repeatedly created environments of operational excellence through a sharp focus on customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and market penetration. As a trusted senior advisor, Zeigler is known for turning around underperforming business units by optimizing workflows, streamlining organizational structures, revamping reporting processes, and driving product line expansions.

Having worked her way up from speech language pathologist to highly-accomplished administrator and consultant, Zeigler possesses a unique top-down and bottom-up vantage point that enables her to assess the minute, trickle-down effects of the executive decisions that she is involved in making.
