Jack Piermatti DMD, FACP, FAAID, DABOP, DABOI

Dr. Jack Piermatti, a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry completed a general practice residency at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center of New Jersey, Implantology training at New York University College of Dental Medicine and Brookdale Hospital, and his specialty program in Prosthodontics at UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School.

Dr. Piermatti serves as President and as Board Examiner of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. He is a Faculty member in the Department of Graduate Prosthodontics of Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey, and Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Florida and also is Director of the Dental Implant Maxicourse at both dental schools. A prominent clinician, educator, and published dental author, Dr. Piermatti is a nationally featured speaker on the subject of dental implant surgery and implant prosthodontics at major conferences around the country.

Dr. Piermatti's private practice is limited to prosthodontics involving dental implant rehabilitation. As a private practitioner in New Jersey, Dr. Piermatti has personally placed approximately 18,000 dental implants and has performed countless full mouth reconstructions over the past 37 years. He will see patients on referral from other dental practitioners or self-referred and is happy to take on failing or unsatisfactory cases.
