Dr. Jallo evaluates and treats disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, including disc disease and herniation, nerve compression, spinal stenosis, spinal fractures, spinal cord injuries, and spinal tumors. He performs minimally invasive surgery such as endoscopic discectomies and microdiscectomies, in addition to more extensive surgeries requiring spinal reconstruction.

Dr. Jallo serves as the executive director for critical care at Jefferson University and sits on the board of both the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation and the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council. He travels internationally to lecture and train physicians in the best neurosurgical practices. Dr. Jallo is engaged in both clinical and basic science research and has authored a number of articles and textbooks with the goal of educating patients and surgeons.
