Jack F. Price MD

Dr. Price serves as attending physician for the cardiac critical care services. He acts as a consultant or primary attending physician for children with critical heart disease in the cardiovascular, neonatal and pediatric intensive care units at Texas Children's Hospital. In addition, Dr. Price is a member of the pediatric heart failure and cardiac transplantation service. He also sees patients in the general pediatric cardiology outpatient clinic.

Dr. Price's research interests focus mainly on clinical pediatric heart failure. He has presented abstracts of his research at several national and international scientific meetings and has been recognized by the American Heart Association as the recipient of the Outstanding Pediatric Cardiology Research Award and by the American Academy of Pediatrics as a finalist for the Young Investigator Award. He has authored or co-authored over 50 scientific manuscripts and book chapters.
