Jaap's main focus is in driving the sales team's efforts towards maximizing our clients' business potential when it comes to working with Navco's innovations. Jaap is an experienced, highly driven, and enthusiastic professional that has always had a passion for everything on wheels. Having started his career as an automotive engineer, Jaap has over 25 years of experience in the automotive sector. This includes both technical sales and services at large tier 1 companies (ZF and Denso) as well as having occupied sales management positions.

As an automotive professional Jaap is a very sincere and uncomplicated individual; what you see is what you get. Whether it be in dealing with customers or his own colleagues, transparency is key. Jaap is a firm believer in always establishing clear and open lines of communication, as the best manner in which to achieve great things is by working together.
