J. Henk Coert MD, PhD

JH Coert studied medicine in Rotterdam. After his doctor exam, he worked as a researcher at Mayo Clinic in the department of hand surgery. He then worked at the Institute for Peripheral Nerve Surgery in Baltimore. After almost six years of surgery, he followed the training of plastic surgeon at the UMC in Groningen. After completing his studies, he worked at the New York University Medical Center as part of an accredited follow-up training in hand surgery. His thesis entitled "Managent of Peripheral Nerve Problems" was completed at the University of Groningen.
