Isabel Rodriguez-barraquer MD, PhD, MHS

Isabel Rodriguez-Barraquer, MD, PhD is an Associate Professor at the University of California, San Francisco. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the Pontifical Javierian University. Her research focuses on applying novel epidemiological and statistical methods to understand the dynamics of infectious diseases and inform control interventions. While she is interested in infectious diseases generally, most of her work has focused on understanding shifts in the epidemiology of vector-borne diseases including dengue, leishmaniasis, chikungunya, malaria, and Zika.
