Irene Coll Risco, Ph.D. is a University Professor at the Elizabeth I University. She completed her Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Granada. During her Ph.D. she worked firstly with an obese model of rats to study the exercise interaction with metabolic syndrome and later she expanded and specialized in Women's health, working on projects with pregnant women and perimenopausal women. Also, I have worked in various fields of research, involving data collection, scientific writing, patient and participant organization, and fieldwork in the exercise intervention. This has allowed me to elucidate how research work is done and organized as well as adapt myself to all of the situations as well as different fields of study, which made me believe She is capable and willing to go further in health sciences and physical activity, and exercise.
