Irene Marthe Lang PhD, MD

Professor Irene Marthe Lang is Head of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Pulmonary Hypertension Outpatient Clinic at the Medical University of Vienna, and Deputy Director of the Clinical Department of Cardiology.

Professor Lang’s basic and clinical research includes Thrombosis and Vascular Biology, Pulmonary Hypertension and Coronary Artery Disease, and ACS. Her main therapeutic areas are Stable Ischemic Heart Disease, Myocardial Infarction, Pulmonary Hypertension, Thrombosis, Vascular Biology, and Heart Failure.
