Irene Kaufmann, MA, MPA, is Senior Vice President at SBH Health System and Executive Director of the Bronx Partners for Healthy Communities, an emerging performing provider system created to implement and manage DSRIP, the New York State Medicaid redesign program. She is responsible for unifying the coalition of provider organizations and implementing programs and payment incentives to improve care outcomes and reduce unnecessary utilization.
