Ingri Lombardi

Ingri Gundersen Lombardi is a fourth-generation Gundersen and proud to be working as the Patient Relations Specialist with the patient experience team in the Service Excellence Department of the Gundersen Health System. Since joining Gundersen in 2007, she has been active in creating and maintaining the 20 Patient and Family Advisory Councils and training the Council facilitators.
Ms. Lombardi focuses on highlighting the importance of the patient voice in improvement work at Gundersen while collaborating with staff for best possible outcomes. She views the opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary setting while improving the patient experience and their health outcomes as a great privilege. Ms. Lombardi holds a bachelor’s degree from Colby College.
