Indranil Mallick MBBS, MD, DNB

Dr. Indranil Mallick MD DNB is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Tata Medical Center, Kolkata. He did his MD in Radiotherapy from PGIMER Chandigarh and received further specialist training at Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, followed by a Fellowship in Radiation Oncology at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto (University of Toronto).

He specializes in the treatment of Genitourinary Cancers, Head and Neck Cancers, and Gastrointestinal Cancers. His clinical interests include the use of hypofractionated and stereotactic radiotherapy for prostate cancer, IMRT, risk stratification in head and neck cancer, and neoadjuvant treatment of esophageal and rectal cancer. He also has a special interest in Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) protocol development and leads the IGRTOnline course and the Varian Advanced Imaging School. He is actively engaged in clinical research and has several publications in leading international peer-reviewed journals.
