Inaas an experienced Principal based at our London office. At Deallus Inass has worked with a broad spectrum of leaders in the Pharmaceutical industry providing strategic consulting services across various stages of a product’s life cycle on a product and portfolio level. Inass has a specialized expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, and has worked with clients to develop high-level strategies allowing them to maximize portfolio value and preserve margins by prioritizing product allocation across multiple markets. Inass has helped clients build a competitive advantage by incorporating market and external risks into their manufacturing and capacity management strategy. Previous projects have included evaluating emerging treatments, and life cycle management strategies for more established products, including the impact of generic entry.

Inass embarked on her consultancy career after completing her Doctorate of Engineering (EngD) in the field of Biochemical Engineering from University College London. Her doctoral work explored the possibility of creating a systematic evaluation framework that captures the technical and regulatory activities involved in making process changes to biologics manufacturing processes to rapidly gauge the potential cost and risk implications.

Inass spent four years consulting and carrying out R&D work at a Bio Products Laboratory (BPL), a UK-based plasma institute that changed to company status at the end of 2010. Prior to this Inass also work in the manufacturing team at GSK Egypt. Inass is also fluent in Arabic
