Ina Willemsen PhD

Ina Willemsen started at Amphia Hospital as an infection prevention expert. During his Ph.D. trajectory, from 2006 – 2010, she specialized in antibiotic resistance and particularly resistant bacteria. After completing her PhD (2010) she continued to work at the Amphia Hospital as an infection prevention consultant, a position in which scientific research also plays an important role in addition to daily practice. During this period, the Infection Risk Scan (IRIS) was developed. An instrument that maps the quality of the infection prevention policy and the infection risks. This instrument plays a major role in the i41Health project that started in 2017.
