Dr. Shariff studied medicine at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. His postgraduate training included a residency in internal medicine at the Cooper University Hospital, Department of Medicine-Division of Hospital Medicine in Camden, New Jersey. At Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, Dr. Shariff completed a fellowship in hospice and palliative care and completed a “mini-fellowship” in palliative care at Duke University Medical School.
In December 2016, Dr. Shariff became a member of our team of cancer experts at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) in Philadelphia. He combines his extensive training with a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic tools to provide personalized integrative care for patients with a wide range of cancer types. Dr. Shariff is dedicated to providing patient-centered care to help patients with symptom management and advanced care planning.
