Dr. Imraan Rashid Munshi is a Partner in the Middle East Office of McKinsey & Company. He has more than 20 years of relevant experience, including 15 years as a strategy consultant and 7 years as a practicing clinician. Imraan is the Merger Partner and Acting CEO leading the integration of Elixir, a Saudi consultancy recently acquired by McKinsey. He also leads McKinsey Implementation in the Middle East .

Imraan has served many of the world's leading Private Hospital Groups and Pharmaceutical and Medical Product Companies across the Middle East, US, Europe, India and Africa on C-suite topics like local and international growth, post merger management and operational transformation. Imraan holds an MD and MBA from the University of Witwatersrand and a Fellowship in Ophthalmology from the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa. He is also a member of the Royal Colleges of Medicine in the UK
