Ilias S. Kotsireas PhD

Ilias Kotsireas received his undergraduate education at the University of Athens (Greece) and the Universite Paris 6 (France). He earned his PhD from the Universite Paris 6 in 1998 holding a three-year scholarship from the Ministry of National Education. Subsequently he was awarded a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Western Ontario (London, ON, Canada) in 1999-2000. In 2001 he was appointed as an assistant professor at Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo, ON, Canada). He was promoted to associate professor with tenure in 2006 and to full professor in 2011.
