Ignacia Arruabarrena PsyD

Ignacia Arruabarrena Madariaga, Psy.D, is a Professor of the Department of Social Psychology and Methodology Behavioral Sciences at the University of the Basque Country. Her academic and professional career has focused since 1986, on the subject of child vulnerability, developing activities of basic and applied research, evaluation of programs and services, development of manuals, protocols actions and tools for Childhood Services, advising public administrations, and university and professional training. She has directed and worked for ten years in a treatment program for families with serious problems of child neglect. It has several publications in specialized journals, is co-author of two books, and author and contributor to several technical publications on the subject.
