Ian R. Mcphail MD

Dr. Ian McPhail is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Consultant in the Department of Radiology at Mayo Clinic. The research interests of Ian R. McPhail, M.D., center on invasive and non-invasive assessment of peripheral vascular function, with particular attention to the use of inferior vena cava (IVC) filters. Dr. McPhail is also interested in the pathophysiology of abdominal aortic aneurysms. Dr. McPhail's research foci complement his clinical interests in cardiovascular disease and interventional radiology.
