Ian P. Sinha MBBS, MRCPCPH, PhD

Ian is a Consultant Respiratory Paediatrician at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital as well as a Professor within the Division of Child Health at the University of Liverpool, where he researches pediatric asthma and neonatal lung disease. He is particularly interested in the impact of social and health inequalities on children.

Having worked with the team at Claire House during his time at Alder Hey, he was keen to join the board of Trustees. He says; “Joining the board is a great opportunity to learn about hospice care firsthand. I also hope to share my knowledge of working within the NHS to ensure the two organizations can best serve the children who need us.
