Dr. Arnold has had a long career, 8 years as a general surgeon in Canada's North followed by a diverse career in /occupational health, safety, and environment in Canada and globally. More recently, Dr. Arnold has focused on workplace psychological health and safety and environment, health, and safety in the aluminum industry. He has received several honors for his work in both OH and S and workplace PH and S.
