Ian Hodgson LLC

Ian is a consultant in and former Head of our Energy, Transport and Infrastructure practice, which he joined from the Firm's Project Finance practice, where he gained broad experience in banking and finance transactions. He is a member of both of our PPP team and our core Rail team. Ian's recent work has focused largely on transport transactions (particularly rail franchise renewals, rail regulation, rail rolling stock procurement, major road projects, and maritime transport procurement). He also has wide experience of defense, water, schools, health, IT and real estate projects.
