Hugo Vereecke MD, PhD

Hugo Vereecke is an anesthesiologist with an academic profile. As a clinician, he has specialized in tertiary pathology including liver transplantation in adults and children (2002-2007) and anesthesia for neurosurgery (2007-2016). From 2001 till now he had the opportunity to be involved in an active research group in the field of anesthetic pharmacology. First in the Ghent University Hospital, Belgium (2002-2010) followed by the University Medical Center Groningen, The Netherlands (2010-current).
