Howard Haft MD

Dr. Howard Haft, the current Deputy Secretary for Public Health Services, has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP). MDPCP is a new initiative within Maryland’s Total Cost of Care Model that focuses on improving primary care delivery and payment systems. Howard Haft is a Board Certified Senior Physician Executive with extensive leadership experience in Integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems and Medical Management in private enterprise, public companies and major governmental organizations. Proven track record of building strong relationships, business success and collaboration across the healthcare continuum.
